This charming cottage is tucked away in a quiet courtyard, enjoying a central position overlooking Pateley Bridge's high street, winner of village high street of the year in 2016 and also voted one of the best places to live in the UK in 2018. An abundance of independent shops, bars and eateries await, just a stones' throw from the doorstep. The Nidderdale way, a well-known route for ramblers, is less than a mile from the cottage and there are countless trails and cycle routes to explore nearby.

Visit the incredible rock formations at Brimham Rocks (4 miles), the priory ruins at Fountains Abbey (10 miles) or take part in Alpaca trekking at Blazefield just 1 mile away, a great alternative to explore the stunning surrounding countryside.

Step off the bustling High Street and into the courtyard before entering this charming cottage straight into the kitchen/diner, where keen chefs will enjoy cooking up a storm. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment and dishwasher. For dining, a quaint kitchen table and chairs sit in the corner of the room creating the ideal spot to enjoy a delicious home-cooked meal. A staircase leads up to the first floor where you will find the superbly stylish lounge, the perfect place to relax after a day enjoying the outdoors, where you can sink back into the sofas, watch a good movie on the Smart TV and enjoy a glass of wine. When the day is done there is a large king-size bedroom that’s been beautifully finished with soft linen, towels and throws. There is also a shower room with WC.
