We were looking for peace and tranquility and a dog friendly environment and found it. The property is cosy and well laid out and has everything needed for a short break from routine. Transport is necessary for everyday items if you don’t stock up for your stay. Highly recommend this location and property.

This is our 4th time staying here at Bellwood & once again it never let us down. Absolutely perfect for dog owners with a lovely secluded garden plus a field behind to walk your dogs. It had everything you need. The bed is really comfortable & its situated in a lovely little village with a fantastic pub which does really good food. Ellen & Simon the cottage owners are really friendly & very helpful giving tips on where to go & eat etc. Hopefully all being well next year will be visit number 5!
