Guests appreciate the cleanliness, comfortable furnishings, and thoughtful touches like a welcome pack. Guests that stayed at this property said

Reviews consistently mention that the cottage is clean and well-maintained, with high-quality furnishings and linen, contributing to a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.

The cottage is praised for its great location in a lovely village, with easy access to local attractions and the A1. However, some guests note the proximity to a busy road and the lack of on-site parking as downsides.

Guests find the beds comfortable and the cottage cosy, with a warm welcome and a hot tub that adds to the relaxation. A few comments about creaky sofas and hard beds slightly detract from the overall comfort score.

The cottage is well-equipped with modern amenities and a hot tub. However, there are several mentions of minor maintenance issues such as problems with the fridge, heating, and draughts, which suggest room for improvement.

Many guests are delighted by the thoughtful welcome pack and other considerate touches. While these are highly appreciated, it is noted that such gestures are subject to availability and not guaranteed for every stay.

Perfect for the 4 of us and our dog. The only issue which wasn’t a major problem was us not able to park nearby not an issue as we were coming and going daily just when we were loading and unloading the car on day of arrival & departure, other than that can’t fault it.
