This barn conversion is a real delight, with 360-degree views of beautiful unspoilt countryside, including the magnificent Penyghent, and in the far distance, the infamous Pendle Hill. Guests entering the building at the ground floor level will be met with a spacious open plan farmhouse-style kitchen with a bespoke range of kitchen units, a central dining area, and a cosy snug, ideal for the morning coffee and newspaper, TV and outstanding views across the meadows to the distant fells. A short staircase leads to a spacious sitting room with stylish furnishings, a modern wall-mounted electric fire and access to the raised patio area. A delightful double bedroom, a modern shower room and a useful utility area complete the first floor. The spacious second bedroom is located on the top floor and boasts a fabulous super king-size bed, where Velux windows create a bright and cheery feel to the room. Outside, there is a raised patio area on the gable end, boasting fabulous views and a great place to sit and plan the following day’s adventures. Note: This cottage is next to Ref. 914776, together they sleep 9.

The view was stunning and the layout of the barn was great with under floor heating as a lovely bonus. We all had a great time and would definitely recommend the place.

The apartment was perfectly equipped and it was cozy and warm in the house. The owners were very friendly and provided a welcome pack which we really enjoyed. There are some lovely walks nearby. Maybe we will visit the Yorkshire Dales again.

Accommodation was excellent and we have had a very comfortable stay with everything we could have asked for in the cottage, although the outside space was overlooked from other cottages and the Wi-Fi and television was intermittent, we do recommend the place for the accommodation and beautiful views
