The pretty Newby Farm Cottage near Harrogate nestles just north of Leeds and Leeds Bradford Airport. Spacious and immaculately presented with exposed beams and chic wooden flooring, the holiday cottage is a 150 year old barn conversion situated in the Yorkshire village of Huby.

The property is perfect for car free holidays, with Huby station offering fast rail links to York, Harrogate and Leeds. Ideal for business and leisure guests, there are spectacular rural views from the cottage which is open plan in style and family friendly. We also welcome pets, with a choice of beautiful walks straight from the door.

Inside

Our luxury rural cottage sleeps five guests and has a large family bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a master king-size double with front rural views. The deluxe contemporary bathroom is fully fitted with a bath, stand alone shower cubicle and a heated towel rail.

The stunning modern kitchen features a Belfast sink and appliances including an electric oven and gas hob with extractor hood, a dishwasher and a microwave. All underfloor and gas central heating is included and additional living space features a sitting room area with a Hi-Fi , radio CD, TV and video plus stylish contemporary furnishings. A dining/ breakfast space seating six guests is also included.

Families are welcome with a cot and highchair both available by request. Ample outdoor garden space surrounds the cottage, well equipped with furniture.

Also available is off road parking for two cars and a welcome pack on arrival with delicious free range eggs from our own hens. 

There is a washer/ dryer available which is shared with the owner.
