Austwick boasts a local pub serving excellent home cooked meals and a country hotel for something a little more special, as well as a shop and Post Office for visitors’ daily requirements. This quiet village is nicely off the beaten track, yet the market towns of Settle, Kirkby Lonsdale, Skipton and Kendal are all within easy driving distance.

Property is in a great location for getting around in the car and peaceful. Beds were all extremely comfortable. We all slept very well. Bedding and towels also top quality. The hot top was fun and enjoyed by most. Kitchen was very clean. Accommodation was very cosy and it was a shame that the weather wasn't colder, when we stayed, to appreciate the under floor heating. We would certainly consider coming back again!

We all had a fantastic time celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. Owners let you get on with your holiday but were there if you needed anything. This was the first holiday home where there are not ârulesâ everywhere, all the owner said to us was â have fun and enjoy yourselvesâ The house is beautiful and the hot tub and garden is perfect.
