Guests consistently praise Low Bank for its cleanliness, comfort, and prime location in the charming village of Austwick. The property is well-equipped and serves as an excellent base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales, with many walks accessible from the doorstep. The local pub and shop add to the convenience, though some guests noted the lack of gates on the terrace for pets and young children.
Reviews frequently commend the property for its cleanliness, describing it as 'spotless' and 'well maintained'. The high level of cleanliness contributes significantly to the positive guest experience.
The location is highly praised for its peacefulness, beautiful surroundings, and proximity to local amenities and walking routes. The village setting is appreciated for its tranquillity and friendly atmosphere.
Guests find the cottage very comfortable, with special mentions of the cosy rooms and comfortable beds. However, a few comments about the boiler noise and the need for gates on the terrace for pets slightly affect the score.
The property is well-equipped with modern amenities and a well-appointed kitchen. Some guests mentioned issues with the induction hob and the need for better maintenance of kitchenware, as well as the noise from the boiler, which slightly lowers the score.
