Guests say

Usherwoods Barn receives glowing praise for its beautiful rural setting, spacious and comfortable interiors, and exceptional views. Guests consistently highlight the high standard of cleanliness, well-equipped kitchen, and cosy atmosphere, with underfloor heating and quality furnishings. The property is ideal for families, dog owners, and walkers, offering peace, privacy, and easy access to local attractions. The friendly, helpful owner is frequently mentioned, and many guests appreciate thoughtful touches such as welcome packs, though these are not guaranteed. Minor issues, such as occasional missing kitchen items or Sat Nav inaccuracies, are rare and do not detract from overwhelmingly positive experiences.

Multiple reviews describe the property as spotlessly clean, immaculately presented, and well maintained throughout. No negative comments regarding cleanliness were found.

The barn's tranquil, picturesque rural location with stunning views is repeatedly praised. Guests enjoy the peaceful setting, proximity to walking routes, and easy access to local villages and attractions. Only minor mention of Sat Nav issues, but owners' directions are effective.

Guests consistently mention the comfort of beds, spacious rooms, underfloor heating, and cosy atmosphere. The property is described as warm, inviting, and perfect for relaxation, with no significant complaints.

Facilities are highly rated, with well-equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms, enclosed garden, and ample parking. A few minor mentions of missing kitchen utensils and a noisy dishwasher, but these are exceptions in otherwise excellent feedback.

Many guests appreciated welcome packs with milk, cookies, eggs, and festive decorations, as well as the owner's friendly and helpful approach. However, as these gestures are not guaranteed for every stay, future guests should not expect them as standard.

Great location. Only minor issue is Sat Nav doesn’t locate accurately but owners directions were good.

Underfloor heating was brilliant. All the rooms clean and cosy. Enclosed garden for the dog.
