We had a great week in this beautifully renovated cottage. Clean, comfortable and well equipped with lots of well thought out extras. The varied weather meant that we made good use of the log burner, free standing bath and even the garden furniture on a couple of sunny afternoons. Locally there are lots of great walks and lovely places to eat - many dog friendly. We will certainly be returning in the future.

Just left after 4 nights here - gorgeous little cottage - so peaceful barely saw a soul apart from the lovely cows and we even spotted a 🦊 a mattress topper would be a good addition as mattress a little firm for us. Can't really fault the place - Tracey was lovely and loved learning about the amazing restoration - bought a gift card for my sister ♥️

We really enjoyed our weekend in this beautifuly restored cottage located in a lovely area of Kirklees with access to many beautiful walks right from the doorstep and lovely views. The cottage was really cosy, very clean and had everything we needed. It was a cold and wet autumnal weekend when we stayed, so we really enjoyed having a fire and a hot bath. Tracey is such a great host, so welcoming, friendly, very responsive, helpful and really generous. Thank you for everything, we would love to return!Would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful home away from home.
