Thurstonland is a rural village surrounded by countryside, just over 2 miles from the very centre of bustling Holmfirth.  It’s home to a food serving pub which is an easy 5-minute stroll, and there are endless opportunities for walking and cycling locally.  The surrounding scenery is simply breath-taking and the hills recog. . .

    We really liked the location as we were able to do a variety of different activities just a short drive away for our party with little ones to their grandparents. The property itself was really nice. Set in the countryside with views of fields one side and a lovely well kept garden the other side. It had lots of windows to let light into the property. The open lounge kitchen/ dining room is on the first floor which is nice. The duvets were comfy. Underfloor heating was a nice addition that kept it warm. The shower upstairs in the en suite was good. There were plenty of towels. The whole place was nice and clean. The instructions left at the property were fairly straightforward. It was nice to have access to lots of TV channels for the the family to watch. Overall, we had a really nice stay and I'd definitely consider staying there again.

    It is a nice quiet property, suitable for up to six people. It has a central heating and hot water. Further, it is equipped with full kitchen facilities.
