As we were staying for 4 weeks, we were provided with clean bedding and towels, promptly every week. Lashings of hot water, was lovely to be able to have hot bath. Having a washing machine made life very easy, no dashing about looking for a laundrette Under floor heating was a real boost, we only used the log fire a few times, really toastie. Christmas here must be wonderful. My dog loved the garden, it was nice that is was so safe. The cottage is situated well for going to the beach, only a 10 minute walk. Lots of nice places for pop in for a coffee with dog friendly sausages available. Tesco is literally round the corner, along with a petrol station, everything is so handy. Finally the neighbours are really kind and very helpful. 10/10

It was so well insulated we were warm and cosy all the time. Decor tasteful and accessories kept to a minimum but enough for the cottage to feel homely. The only item lacking was an airer. Good quality Denby crockery. Fisher cottage is ideally situated for town, shop, the Mere and the Freeport. We had a truly relaxing time.
