About this property

A stunning barn conversion complex providing modern, spacious accommodation for up to fourteen people over the three properties. The ideal location for a family get together or sharing a special occasion.

The Foldyard is a small complex of three properties located on the owners farm in Holme-on-Spalding-Moor. This recently converted 200 year old barn has modern conveniences along with many original features. Set on a small farm with horses, sheep, ducks and chickens, and the owner on site with lots of information about the local area.

The three properties, The Barn, The Granary and The Stables, have being lovingly converted by the owner to get you the best of both worlds; A Frame beam and exposed stone walls along with contemporary kitchens and bathrooms. Between the properties, there are seven bedrooms, three of them ground floor, five bathrooms, again two ground floor, and various seating areas. In The Barn, the large dining table can seat up to 14 people. Between The Barn and The Stables is a connecting door.

There is a large courtyard garden with seating and table. Also, there is a bonus games room complete with pool table, corner sofa and large TV. Here you will find a beer fridge and freezer, not to mention the range of games in the storage cupboards.
