Following a day of adventure, you will be pleased to find a welcome pack that has kindly been provided by the owner. Follow the corridor through to the open-plan living/dining room, where you can kick back and relax whilst watching your favourite Netflix show on the TV. Carry the conversation outdoors and soak in the fresh sea air as it breezes through the enclosed space with your favourite tipple in hand. When sleep calls, retreat indoors and head upstairs to discover three well-presented bedrooms, with a king-size and a twin situated on the first floor and a further king-size on the second floor. Servicing the property is a stylish shower room, where guests can kick-start their day with a refreshing rinse. Take advantage of your coastal location and pack up your bucket and spade and head to the Blue Flag award-winning sands of Bridlington South Beach, set just a stone's throw away from your holiday home, where you can paddle the shores, lounge with a good book, or feel the sand between your toes with a stroll south towards Fraisthorpe Beach. Bridlington Harbour rests a moments walk away, where you can indulge in the typical seaside tradition of fresh fish and chips as you watch the waves crash on the shores. From here, take to the waters aboard The Yorkshire Belle and discover the remarkable chalk cliffs that adorn the coastline, or cast your line in search of fish from the Yorkshire Rose. Make a splash at East Riding Leisure Bridlington, where you can soak in the spectacular sea views from the comfort of the swimming pool, work up a sweat at the gym, or try your hand at something new on the climbing wall. If you time it right, catch a live performance or an exhibition at Bridlington Spa, or keep the little ones entertained with a game of bowling, bingo or a box office hit at The Forum. The land trains that run along the promenade makes exploring Bridlington an easy task, with stops made at the Bondville Model Village and Sewerby Hall and Gardens en route, whilst Bridlingtons main train station puts the delights of Yorkshire at your fingertips. Those with a sweet tooth will be eager to tour the working confectionary factory of John Bull Rock Factory, whilst avid historians may prefer to tour the Elizabethan stately home of Burton Agnes Hall and Gardens, set a short distance away from the town. Lace up your walking boots and embark on a scenic hike along the Flamborough Headland Heritage Coast, offering views of the RSPB Bempton Cliffs and New Flamborough Lighthouse en route. Spend the afternoon visiting Filey, where you can take a step back in time with a tour of Filey Museum or test your swing at Filey Golf Club, or carry on to the popular resort of Scarborough and explore the ancient history of Scarborough Castle. All you need for a great stay and very comfortable. Great location for the SPA and easy walk to town. Also handy for the large Tesco if need be. Also recommend the new Turkish restaurant across for SPA called Geckos Owner very helpful and alsoeft a little starter pack of milk and couple other things which is a nice touch.

The house is spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We felt at home immediately with the nice homely touches and generous welcome pack. We had no issues parking and the place is very conveniently located for walking to the prom, town centre or old town. The owner was also very responsive and easy to communicate with. We hope to return!
