The cottage is ideally located for outdoor enthusiasts with a variety of activities available in the surrounding area.  For keen cyclists, there is a range of cycle paths to suit all ages and abilities, with the National Cycle Route 68 passing close by.  Alternatively, you can explore the beautiful scenery of the area on foot following one of the many walks available throughout Calderdale. 

Locally the village of Ripponden is around a 5-minute drive and offers a small high street with shops, cafés, and an award-winning restaurant.  Calderdale’s largest town, Halifax, can be reached in around 15 minutes, and here you’ll find stunning . . .
