"The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, stained and old carpet, kitchen worktop really old and dirty. On the positive it was lovely and warm and the bedding was of good quality. We left 2 days early as didn't really enjoy our stay."

"For 2 years there have been the same comments about the cleanliness and how facilities could be improved. Stayed in same yurt last year and things definitely deteriated. Had to mend,as best I could, the two loungers outside. 3/4 of the jets in the hot tub didn't work which potentially could harbour deseases. The dome in the yurt could do with a clean so you can experience the night sky properly. The b o at ,for the 2nd year running only had one oar. I could go on. On the plus side beautiful location, secluded ,private with top pubs nearby."

"Everything that could possibly be needed for a mini break. On the recommendation of the hosts we went to The Star pub only 15 minute walk away and I had what can only be described as the most amazing steak pie I’ve even had! Hot tub was fantastic and the Yurt itself was gorgeous, very spacious and with a full kitchen (including a double height fridge freezer!) full oven and separate microwave. Even a dishwasher. Like home from home. Very comfy bed (super king size) and aircon to maintain a nice temperature during the night was great. Definitely a recommendation from me and we will be returning the next time we have the opportunity. 5 stars from us!"

"The Yurt is in an idyllic location but the Yurt is tired and scruffy. The hot tub is basically in weeds and long grass and the patio area is uneven and unsafe. The place could be lovely but anyone going needs to be aware your pictures are not how it looks. Its like its never been cleaned in years theres cobwebs everywhere. We were lucky with the weather and fishing on the lake great. I would not have spent that money if I saw what it really looked like."

" You did nothing. You just advertise the property for the owners. You should ask how well did you enjoy your stay. And I would say, I felt like a millionaire, truly loved the location. Fire pit in the woods. Hot tub was excellent. Bed really comfortable. Please change your questionnaire to or add how did you find your hosts. Or something to that. Not annoyed at you, but feel the hosts deserve credit for making such a great location possible for others to enjoy. "

" This Yurt has cobwebs everywhere on the ceiling which couldve easily been cleaned. The hot tub had mildrew round the sides and in the daytime could see it was very dirty on the floor. The rowing boat had mismatched ores so we couldn't really use it and was very dirty. I just feel if a bit more cleaning was done it could have been a much nicer experience. The location is lovely and very quiet so with a few changes it couldve been amazing. "

" Didn’t meet our standards, had to Hoover when we got there due to the carpets being filthy, cobwebs all over the yurt and the surrounding areas. Had to clean the hot tub for over an hour it was filthy! Could be such a beautiful setting but it seems the owners are just happy to collect their money and don’t care about the places anymore. Microwave didn’t work and hob was very temperamental. Hope this place gets some deserved modernising and money pumped into it for the expensive price you already pay! "

Be careful not to leave the yurt door open when out of site as the ducks will go inside! It was so peaceful and nice to wake up in the morning and not see houses, people or cars. There was a limited bus service into Tewkesbury and Evesham. Both lovely towns. Like going back in time when you come from a city - in a nice way. People are so friendly. The owners were friendly and helpful without being intrusive. The bed was clean and comfortable. Having a dishwasher was a real luxury. I loved sitting on the decking in the morning and also going in the hot tub in the evening. It was a real escape. Even though the owners house and other yurts were close by the yurt was so secluded it felt like being alone in the countryside. For those on public transport the bus can be flagged down by the side of the road. They do stop running at 5.45 from Tewkesbury. We didn't try to get a taxi back so not sure how much that would cost. The hob worked well. There was a fire in the outdoor seating area and it can be made more sheltered on a rainy day by closing the sliding door. Excellent place to stay. Have looked at other yurt holidays but they don't have the extra home comforts like this one does. "

" ) and via email to which I have had no acknowledgement. I find it extremely infuriating when a person books a holiday and they have a valid complaint or constructive feedback and wish to communicate with and are constantly ignored. I have booked many, many cottages through various agents and can honestly say customer service is appalling. Please stop using COVID-19 as an excuse for not providing professional customer service. This was the first time I’ve booked through and it will be the last time. When you wanted a booking you were quick to act and response and service was fantastic up until the holiday ended. That’s where customer service took a back seat and you haven’t had the decency to return my phone calls or reply to even one of my emails. The standards were poor and I wanted to advise you with constructive feedback. I don’t expect anyone will reply, even now - it’s just one that is swept under the carpet. You’ve had your money and just don’t care. Please take me off your mailing list. If you cannot be bothered to reply to your customers, I certainly won’t be using you again. Great customer service is what makes a company stand out so why would I recommend when you can’t be bothered with your clients. Thank you. F Weekley "

" We were so impressed with the place we were glad that we had to cancel the other one! The yurt was comfy, cosy & fully equipped with everything we needed. Despite having a couple of days of rain we had an amazing week. Being able to fish from just outside was perfect for my other half, I got plenty of use of the hot tub & the dog enjoyed sniffing about & watching the ducks. The heater outside was perfect & meant we could sit out in the evenings without being cold. The area is beautifully peaceful. Highly recommend, already looking to rebook for next year! "

Who needs a tv?? The yurt was well equipped with a small kitchen, all utensils you need and even tea and sugar, a comfy bed and a great bath. The seating area outside was great, with chairs and a heater, a bbq and chimenea, there was no reason to feel chilly! I’d like to keep Lakeside Yurt a secret but need to tell everyone what a beautiful place this is. "

" we caught perfect weather, we were totally secluded, and totally re charged our batteries. we will definitely be going back. "
    Ms Riley
" But happily on this occasion, we were not disappointed. We were very fortunate with the easter weather, so days were spent relaxing outside overlooking the lake and enjoying the antics of the resident birdlife. The facilities are more than adequate, but the yurt does get extremely hot during a sunny day, mainly due to the acrylic dome on the top of the yurt allowing the sun to heat the inside. Fortunately, the evenings were cool and by bedtime, the temperature had returned to normal. I expect at the height of summer, a fan might be required at night. As has been mentioned by others, an eye mask is essential to block out the early morning light. The owners were delightful and helpful, and on site if needed, out of sight if not. A very late decision to stay an extra day and miss the traffic was speedily and happily arranged, for which we were very grateful. Highly recommended. "

" Visited the Lakeside Yurt 15th June 2018 for 3 nights...... what a lovely little hideaway!..... so peaceful and relaxing. The owner who greeted us, was really friendly and showed us to the Yurt and explained how everything worked. The Yurt was spotlessly clean and the owners had thought to provide everything.... even robes!!! The bed was really comfortable. If you don't like brilliant daylight in the early morning from the skylight, bring a pair of eye covers. Our dog Holly had a lovely time and enjoyed watching the ducks swimming up to the veranda.... not so pleased however when one of two came up ON the veranda. The undercover area on the veranda was fab and kept you shielded from the wind.... it even had an overhead heater which was really warm. We really didn't feel ready to leave... I came home and looked on line to see when we could do our next break.....only to sadly discover the place is full until October. "

" My better half booked the yurt for my birthday, wow what a fantastic and peaceful place. The yurt is kitted our with a hot water boiler, two ring gas hob, combi microwave oven, roll top bath with shower mixer, a gas fire and a rather comfy double bed. Set right by a lake with decking area and sheltered seating with heating! Lovely to just sit and watch the sun set. The little boat supplied is a must to explore the lake. If you want something warmer, there is a hot tub which you can just relax away all your troubles. Then sit by the fire pit set in the woods. Good base location to explore Worcestershire and Gloucestershire and just a 10 min walk from Beckford which has a post office shop. There is a Morrison’s on the way to Evesham for a bigger shop. All in all a fantastic place if you just want to get away from it all for a week. We will see you again in August for our mini moon! "

It was wonderful watching the sky at night through the yurt ceiling, however it would have nice to have the option to slide a blind across as the morning sun woke us up very early. An eye mask helped with this! Very friendly owners. A great little boat with which to explore the lakes and look at the other yurts. A fantastic local pub that served a cracking meal. May be ear plugs too.. the ducks were up bright and early !!! some nice little touches..such as candles to use whilst sat outside.. playing cards. Books etc.. the hot tub was to die for. We had the perfect sunny weather plus a Thunder storm late one night was beautiful to sit out under the seating area to watch . Would return in a heart beat . There's only one thing i would have changed and that's a bigger bed but that's only because i'm use to having a queen size, so a double bed is a bit snug. I can't complain though as it means i'm closer to my wife (Win Win). Overall absolutely amazing place to get away from the stress of things and enjoy nature at it's best."

"Yurt clean, fluffy towels and robe, roll top bath a bit like being bathed in front of the fire as a 2 year old, you do manage with no shower. Small hairdryer provided. Very clean, handy second fridge outside. Small freezer space. Hot tub perfect. Just spend hours feeding ducks geese and swans. We bought peas porridge and seed, avoid bread it's like sugar for birds.. just be prepared for them on the deck waiting for breakfast! Absolutely blissful."

"Stayed for one week in October. The yurt sits right on the fishing lake and is very private due to the planting around it near the lake and the wood it backs on to on the other side. The yurt itself appears high end in glamping, containing a lovely double bed, roll top bath with shower, fitted kitchen with fridge, microwave, hob and dish washer. Outside is a lovely covered gazebo with a heater for you to sit out and eat your evening meals under. Next to this on the decking are two quality sun loungers with a huge BBQ come fire pit. There's plenty of chopped wood located in the wood behind the yurt, also another fire pit has been built in the wood not far from the Yurt as well if you fancy using it. The other side of the gazebo and only 5 steps from the front door of the yurt is a beautiful 4 person hot tub. Next to this is a very posh composting toilet. The yurt is surrounded by decking and astro turf so you won't get muddy walking between the toilet or hot tub and the yurt. I believe the toilet is new and closer than what the original description describes on the yurts booking website. Also the hot tub originally was up at the owners property but is now definately at the yurt. We had great fun every night sitting in the hot tub then drying off in front of the fire pit wrapped in the dressing gowns supplied with the yurt. The only issue we had, was that he underfloor heating wasn't working at the time of our visit but wasn't missed as the gas fire wood burner look a like supplied plenty of heat. The bed also came with dual control elctric balnkets which kept us toastie at night. The yurt is brillantly located, only a 10 minute drive from both Cheltenham and Evesham. It can be difficult to spot if you are arriving in the dark, so when you come up Ashton lane from the village, turn in at the 2nd house past Beckford Silk. The yurt has plenty of power unlike other ones I have stayed at so charging gadgets and using hair dryers is not a problem. With all the lights off and sitting under the stars the yurt takes on a magical feel of peace and romance not to be missed. Think the owners are on to a winner here and I can see this place being heavily booked in the future The hosts themselves aren't intrusive and are very approachable and helpful when needed. Beckford and Ashton both have pubs which serve food. The one at Ashton we found very good but there are plenty about to choose from."

"We stayed for a long weekend 11th-14th November. The yurt was wonderful, extremely comfortable & warm- we wanted for nothing. Proprietor on hand & was very helpful. In a lovely setting near the fishing lake. I even took a photo of the hi-tech toilet, it was pristine. We hope to re-visit next summer, many thanks."

"We simply fell in love with this place. The owners have thought of everything to make this a lovely romantic getaway for their guests. We love the outdoors but this is the first time we have stayed in a yurt and cannot wait to return! The yurt itself is gorgeously decked out and very cosy. Loved the roll top bath and although there was under floor heating we had no need for it, since if it got chilly the gas log burner warmed up the yurt in no time. Perhaps if we had visited in the winter months we might have used the under floor heating. We spend a lot of time chilling on the veranda outside the yurt, with it's beautiful view of the lake, feeding the geese and ducks. The hot tub was fabulous; especially at night under the stars. There is a cooking chiminea which we used for chicken, pizza etc... plus was cosy to sit in front of of the evening. There was a combi-microwave and a couple of gas hobs with enough cooking equipment available. A fire pit in the woods - so recommend buying marsh mellows to toast over - simply yummy! Plus there is a unlimited supply of wood available to use. The location is perfect... there is a pub down the road in Beckford and another lovely country pub in a village, Ashton under Hill, only a few minutes drive. Fantastic country walks from Ashton under Hill (which is a very pretty village). Winchombe is well worth a visit if you like the Cotswolds (we do!) Another stunning Cotswolds village a short drive away is Stanton - if you wonder around the village be sure to visit The Mount Inn - great pub with a lovely view from the garden. There is a local Tesco in Cleve Prior, which is open late. Overall we had such a relaxing break and loved every minute. Highly recommend but book early as this place gets booked up - not surprisingly. PS - thank you to the owners who were very gracious waiting for us when we arrived late."

"I honestly can say this is the most peaceful and tranquil place I have ever had the pleasure in staying. The past reviews say the same and they aren't lying it really was heaven on earth and we didn't want to come home. The setting is simply stunning looking out to the lake every day and the geese, ducklings and swans we fed every day were beautiful. The yurt itself was lovely and cosy and we looked out to the stars very night and the hot tub was used morning noon and night, the yurt is completely private and the owners very lovely but left you completely alone. We had a BBQ every night so no cooking although adequate cooking facilities are provided. If you want a complete rest and relaxing break trust me you will not want to leave this absolutely beautiful setting, we will be back."
    - Mrs Benstead, August 2017
"Very easy and efficient booking process. Really loved the yurt and despite the rainy weather, wished we could have stayed longer. The place is so relaxing and you can really get away from it all. Would recommend this place completely. It had everything you needed for a great stay away."
    - Mr Good, November 2017
"Our first holiday together was perfect, the yurt and the owners were very friendly. Overall a lovely little find in a very beautiful part of the country. The yurt has everything you could possibly want and need to have a pleasent stay, all the little extras that were provided (dressing gowns and little leaflets) we found were a very nice touch and well recieved. Thank you."
    - Mr Adams, March 2018
"An idyllic and peaceful location, very well equipped. The owners were very welcoming and we will definitely look to go back again"
    - Miss Marriott, March 2018
"After such a busy year we just wanted to go somewhere to relax and this was the perfect place to go! It’s so beautiful and quiet, we took our dog Bella and even though there is a country lane at the top of the property she was safe by the yurt and playing with Fred. The owner was lovely and left us to our own devices. We’ve books to come again and stay at another yurt on the property for our mini moon, we can’t wait!!!"
    - Mrs Gilbert, March 2018
"A magical place . First time in a Yurt and will definitely stay again . Black swans , Canada geese , Mallards , Terns and others busy making families were a delight to witness . Sitting in the hot tub under the stars in March we felt rejuvenated enough to row around the lake in the afternoon sunshine ......a real hideaway ."
    - Gary M, March 2018
"My better half booked the yurt for my birthday, wow what a fantastic and peaceful place. We will see you again in August for our mini moon!"
    - Mr Griffiths, April 2018
"Lovely relaxing stay at the lakeside yurt. Nice and clean. Really enjoyed the time we spent here and we would love to come again but for longer."
    - Ms Maclean, April 2018
"Soo relaxing.. The privacy was priceless.. beautiful spot. Only thing we would say is you do need to provide your own coals for the bbq.. we give the bbq a miss as we didn't want to travel out again for them. So just a little tip!! .. also eye cover as it was bright early on from the sky light... We wanted to create our own little Bubble to enjoy each other without anyone else's company . The yurt did just that. We will come back for sure :)) Andy & Charlotte xx"
    - Mr Masterson, April 2018
"Had a lovely couple of days at yurt, we wish we could have stayed longer! There was absolutely nothing better then waking up in the morning, opening the doors and hearing all the wildlife and then going for a morning dip in the hot tub with the lake views. My friends and family were all jealous and have been looking at booking. We will definitely be returning, thank you for giving us the break from reality we needed."
    - Mr Lear, April 2018

    - Mr Gandhi, May 2018
"The cottage that we had booked was simply brilliant in terms of its location & ambience. A fab choice! The one bit that lets it down is the general lack of cleanliness & upkeep. We will still recommend this cottage for the unique experience!!"
    - Mr Zanone, May 2018
"Amazing little break away, so quiet and peaceful (apart from the geese alarm clock in the morning). Me and the wife had such a nice time that we didn't want to leave, will definitely be looking into booking again.

"Well where do I start. As soon as we saw the place we fell in love with it. Even staying in October the weather was so nice. The Jacuzzi was so nice even at 23.00 at night. Was the most romantic place I have ever been in. We even named the ducks that came for food every morning. This place was the most amazing place ever and can't wait to go there again."

    - Steven, October 2021
"For 2 years there have been the same comments about the cleanliness and how facilities could be improved. Stayed in same yurt last year and things definitely deteriated. Had to mend,as best I could, the two loungers outside. 3/4 of the jets in the hot tub didn't work which potentially could harbour deseases. The dome in the yurt could do with a clean so you can experience the night sky properly. The b o at ,for the 2nd year running only had one oar. I could go on. ..."
    Ms Sheppard
"Absolutely perfect location for a totally relaxing break away from everything. The yurt was fantastic with everything you need. The wildlife was stunning......we even glimpsed a kingfisher :-)"

    Miss Ford
"Peaceful, lovely views of the lake. So relaxing especially with the hot tub. The village of beckford is lovely, 2 nice pubs with great food and good value for money. The yurt is clean, with everything you need already provided. Comfortable bed and gas fire a massive bonus. Lovely eating your breakfast outside with the wildlife on the lake. A lovely long weekend away"
    Mandyhutchinson
"We stayed here for a week and its the most relaxing place you could ask for. We were greeted by the very friendly owners and shown everything then left to enjoy, although owners are at hand if needed. The Yurt is really secluded (we didnt see anyone for the whole week!) Everything is suplied ... towels, bedding, logs, kitchen utensils, dish washer tablets etc there was nothing that we needed. The bed was really comfy and the yurt was really warm and cosy. Bliss laying in the roll top bath looking out over the lake. The hot tub was amazing and was lovely to use at any time of day. Night time was amazing cooking on the bbq or using the pizza oven with a couple of glasses of wine. We had a new family for the week ... ducks, black swans, geese and it was lovely to wake up to them every morning waiting for their breakfast. Thank you for letting us have the pleasure of the Yurt as our home for the week. We will be back in 2018 for our Honeymoon ... 2wks though not 1wk."
    Mrs Harkness
"Was an amazing holiday. Couldn't wish for a more relaxing time. A piece of paradise all to ourselves for one whole week. The yurt was immaculate as was the toilet. The hot tub was amazing. The lake was beautiful. We fed the ducks daily. Was beautiful to see the ducks, geese and black swans on the lake together. We also saw Herons and a Crane. Didn't want to leave. Will definitely be booking another week for next year. Highly recommended"
    Mrs Hutchinson

"I stayed here from 1st -8th July 2016 with my husband & 2 dogs. The owners were friendly and helpful and are close enough if you need anything but far away enough that you get privacy. This place is amazing and certainly puts the glam in glamping. It was so quiet and peaceful and I loved feeding the ducks & Swans etc. The yurt is clean and tidy and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. It was great to spend all day in the sun, followed by a barbecue & then a soak in the hot tub with a glass of bubbly watching the sun going down over the lake. The best bit for me was that I was able to take my dogs and they had a great time running through the woods and paddling in the lake. I would highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay and I cannot wait to go back next year!"
Mrs Katrina Waters, St. Austell, Cornwall
"The most important thing was the privacy, nobody bothered us at all. The wildlife was amazing, there were so many different birds. The scenery was so beautiful and the lake so pretty, the fishing was excellent. The hot tub was so good, especially at night with all the flashing lights. The log burner and BBQ were well handy. Overall it was truly AMAZING!"

"What a getaway this is! i recommend this highly to anyone wanting to get away from the city and just have peace and quiet. They have thought of everything inside the yurt. No matter what time of year you go you don't need to worry about being cold inside, the fire place only needs to be on for about 15 minutes as it is so warm inside the yurt. I would definitely go back here and for the price you just cant beat it. "

"The Yurt was peaceful, secluded and situated next to a beautiful wildlife lake. Although there are four yurts on the site each had its own little private area. There was a lovely deck area next to the lake where we could sit out on loungers or under the wooden gazebo where there was a heater for chilly nights. The hot tub was an added bonus & there was a BBQ, chimenea or fire pit to choose to cook on. The owners were welcoming & not intrusive but were always available if needed. Our dog thoroughly enjoyed the woods next to the Yurt & the numerous walks in the area straight from the site. Overall we had a fantastic time, it was just so relaxing to be there, & the amount of wildlife that we could watch/feed from our deck was amazing. We will definitely be re-booking & recommending this to our friends, family etc."

"Yurt is in a lovely quiet, secluded position. Level of cleanliness and standard of accommodation and equipment very good, higher than anticipated. Hot tub was sublime, fantastic to use in the evening under the stars and moon. Husband enjoyed 4 days of fishing from the decking just as much as I enjoyed the relaxing in the sun. The owner is a very friendly and welcoming chap, on hand at any time but never intrusive. Already looking forward to going back again."

"The Yurt was everything we had hoped for and more. The location and the privacy were perfect for a romantic getaway, and also great for just relaxing and unwinding and getting away from the world! Luckily for us the weather was brilliant, and we especially enjoyed the fishing, rowing round the lake and the fact that we could take our dog! The uniqueness of the Yurt and it's facilities and surroundings made this a very special break! "

"This special holiday was enough to persuade us to holiday in England from now on! We only spent 4 days in the yurt but 4 wonderful and very memorable days. The setting was very peaceful, secure and secluded and the weather was perfect. We enjoyed the fishing, rowing round the lake, sitting in the hot tub and eating in the gazebo and our dog enjoyed swimming in the lake too! We had a very enjoyable visit to Tewkesbury, spending time in the Abbey and we ate at The Star in Ashton under Hill where the food was superb and very good value. I wanted to write this review but I feel torn as I also want to keep it a secret!"

" We stayed at this lovely Yurt at the end of a busy year and it was just the place to totally relax. We loved sitting by the lake and watching the kingfisher, carp, owl, coots, morehens and geese. The hot tub was a real bonus. The drone of the nearby main road can be heard and we did have some loud intrusive music form the other yurt on site, but this was the only negative, There is plenty to do in the surrounding area, with the Cotswolds being on the doorstep. Tewksbury and the Abbey were an enjoyable visit. We had a delicious Sunday roast at the Crown and Trumpet in Broadway. (The nearest pub to the Yurt is a good 20 mins walk away not 8 mins as the website says.) Taking coathangers with you is a good idea as there are hooks for hanging belongings on.) We found the toliet fine to use. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. "

" We absolutely loved everything about it, the hot tub was wonderful. The bed was one of the most comfy ever! The verandah and wildlife were amazing. What a wonderful chilled stay, with the friendliest owners who are there for you if needed, otherwise they blend into the background. Will definitely return. "

"The yurt was amazing, the owners were very helpfull and friendly and made us very welcome. The hot tub was so cool, we were there in Febuary when it snowed and it was fantastic. I would highly recommend the place, it was in a beautiful setting, warm, cosy and very out of the ordinary."

" The warmth and comfort of the Beautiful Yurt. The pleasantness, yet non-intrusiveness of the owners. The hot tub and the fire pit along with the other outside amenities. "
    Mrs Cross
" The experience was truly wonderful. If you need a place to unwind in beautiful surroundings with nothing but each others company this is the place to go. When we did fancy getting out for a while there is a short walk to a beautiful pub the Beckford Inn, or a short drive and walk along either the river in Tewkesbury or Eversham. Truly a fantastic break and we will return. Thank you. "

"The owners could not have been more helpful, we arrived early due to the November nights & were shown everything. We could not have been more comfortable and the yurt was very warm & cosy, with all that we needed. It was very peaceful in a lovely location, and the local shop & coffee shop were 5 minutes away. The local pub also served great meals. It was a great place just to unwind & escape to."

" What an amazing way to spend Christmas. The hot tub was great. "
    Ms Howe
" We found it with ease. However, we went along and had a lovely time. We had smoked salmon for breakfast on the private terrace. There was a romantic hot tub and it was completely private. We were also worried that it might be cold as we stayed in December but it was toasty with the under floor heating. Couldn't fault a thing, just wish we hadn't had to cut it short due to family emergency as we also didn't get to thank the owners who were fantastic and so friendly. They have a gem going there. Thanks. "
    Mrs Aston
" Complete isolation from the rest of the world when you want it. If you don't, only a mile to the nearest pub. The Yurt is a special little haven full of complete luxury. "

" We will be back in the summer for another treat. We could not fault the property, and the proprietors were exceptionally helpful. "

"The owners were extremely helpful and very accomodating. The setting was magnificent. The facilities were magnificant"
    Mrs Courtnage
" The hot tub was fantastic and it was completely secluded which was just perfect. The owners vision was perfect. We would recommend to anyone couple seeking a cosy break, but also want to keep it secret so it doesn't become too commercial! What a dilemma!!!! :-) "
    Miss Andrews
" The owners were very welcoming, friendly and gave us all the info we needed. The facilities were great- toilet, heaters, and hot tub. The area was easy to find, even in the dark. "

"Totally relaxing and the perfect get away. The owners are very friendly and helpful without being obtrusive. The lake is beautiful and the yurt has everything you would need. You just need to take a book, put your feet up and relax. The hottub and rowing boat offer something different and the bikes are available to explore the wonderful countryside. I totally agree with the previous comment and if you just want to escape, this is the place to go."
    Mrs Griffin
" It's perfect because we didn't see anyone else while we were there just each other which was exactly what we needed! We spent most evenings in the hot tub with champagne cocktails, then snuggled up in front of the fire. What a perfect way to celebrate our 1st anniversary. We will definitely go back! "
    Mr Nightingale
" Fantastic, superb, brilliant - words can not describe how good this is! We strongly recommend visiting and we will be returning. "
    Ms Burden
" Although the July weather was dismal the outdoor heating and hot-tub made up for it. Went home feeling totally rested and relaxed. Have booked to go back again - in December! "
    Mr Gay
" You couldn't wish for a better experience or more friendly welcome. Absolutely first class, don't hesitate in booking to stay here and run the risk of missing out on a fantastic opportunity to relax and enjoy. "
    Mr Peett
" One of our best holidays! "
    Ms Shipway
" The location is very private due to clever planting. The yurt is very sturdy and despite strong winds there wasn't a single creak or flap from it. It was even better than it looked on the website. "
