The lodge features floor to ceiling windows, timber themed interior and a well-equipped kitchen with everything you could need during your stay. The sleeping quarters include two fabulous bedrooms, comprising a master suite boasting an elegant en-suite shower room, and a twin bedroom also with built in storage. Each room offers deep mattresses and top of the range pillows and duvets for the ultimate night’s sleep.
This luxury lodge is located just 1.5 miles outside the picturesque town of Stourport, located on the River Severn and within a short distanced of Bewdly and Worcester city centre. Surrounded by some of Worcestershire’s most beautiful countryside, this is the perfect hideaway for a romantic break, active family break or leisurely walking/cycling holiday. The River Severn and River Stour, together with the local canal, are nearby creating leisure opportunities on and by the water. The historic Georgian town of Bewdley is only a short drive away and is the perfect location for guests to enjoy a leisurely lunch or spot of afternoon tea in one of the many riverside cafés, bars and restaurants.
The ancient Wyre Forest is around 10-minutes by car offering plenty of walking and cycling trails and Go-Ape tree top adventures. The excellent Severn Valley Steam Railway is only 2 miles from Stourport, an historic line joining Kidderminster to Bridgnorth via Bewdley. Other local destinations include the impressive Witley Court with baroque church and tea rooms, the West Midlands Safari Park and Astley Vineyard. The cathedral city of Worcester is around a 20-minute drive. Shop, pubs and restaurant 1 mile.

This was our second visit here (we stayed previously in the billy goat lodge) slightly different layout but just as nice. Fully equipped with everything you could possibly need,we had a lovely relaxing stay. Inside the lodge was lovely & clean,we also appreciate the extras given. Location is perfect with stunning views expecially of a night time. Hot tub was fantastic. If I was to give any negative feedback I would say the decking area could have done with a clean before our arrival & an option of earlier check in for an extra cost would be fantastic however we would definitely return again, I was looking at booking again on the day we returned home. Yet to stay in the nanny goat lodge & we seen they now are completing a new lodge next to the mountain goat. Can't wait to come back

Mountain Goat cottage was the perfect choice for a weekend away. The hot tub and the rural setting were the main draws but the cottage was also very spacious, super clean, and close to a fantastic farm shop called Bell's with a cafe and butchers. There are ample attractions in the area. We will definitely return for a longer stay and can hghly recommend to others.

Andy was lovely, very accommodating and we had a great stay! Beautiful location, not far from some great walks and towns. The beds were very comfy, we all slept really well which was great. No expense spared when it came to the linen etc. Great hot tub and views, we will definitely be back and recommend to family and friends! Thanks again!
