The village of Neen Sollars is well situated for exploration of South Shropshire and its leading visitor attractions like West Midlands Safari Park, Witley Court, Ironbridge Gorge, the Severn Valley Steam Railway, Wyre Forest, and Ludlow Castle. Also within good driving distance is the wonderful Malvern Hills and also within 40 minutes of the beautiful Welsh Marches and their hill top castles , Clun, Montgomery and Powis. The accommodation is a 15 minute walk to the nearest pub for local evening entertainment; shops can be found in Cleobury Mortimer, situated just three miles away, or you could drive 12 miles to Ludlow for a wider choice of pubs, restaurants and a cinema. This attractive newly converted property offers comfortable accommodation with a spacious layout. On arrival, you enter past a cloakroom and downstairs WC, through to a large sitting room on the right, with TV and ample comfortable seating, dining table, plus French doors to a generous patio and grass area with views of towering poplar trees. You will also find a wood burner in the lounge; the supply of wood fuel is in a lean to at the side of the house. To the left is a dual aspect kitchen with a fridge/freezer, cafetiere, an oven with hob, and all you could need to enjoy your self catering break away. A utility room with a washing machine and separate dryer leads off from the kitchen for convenience. Stairs take you to the first floor landing. To the left are two bedrooms: the first contains a king size bed and has an en suite with a shower and a bath, whilst the second bedroom also has a king size bed, and both rooms enjoy lovely views over the garden and leafy open woodland.To the right is a small room (which has a camp bed which can be made up at an additional charge) next to the main bathroom with a shower and bath Ahead, at the top of the first flight of stairs is a further staircase to the third bedroom, long dual aspect twin, flooded with light, with lovely views, and with its own wash basin there is also a child's wooden bed in the room for a child up to the age of 5 (please bring your own bedding). Step outside to enjoy a garden skirted by poplar trees and open woodland. The garden is also a suitable space to unwind or play, particularly for children or for any dogs that you may take along with you. There is garden furniture, so you can enjoy dining al fresco. Guests have access to the owners Tennis Court and small lake with kayak (the owner will not accept any responsibility whilst guests are using them). There is off road parking available.
