This luxurious, single-storey Cotswold holiday cottage boasts a beautiful king-size bedroom with a unique oak sleigh bed, with an en-suite shower room, a well-equipped kitchen with dining area and a sitting area with a cosy woodburner. The rear door leads to a private, enclosed courtyard garden, complete with furniture, a barbecue and a lavish hot tub, a lovely place to unwind after a long walk in the countryside. Note: This property is next to Ref. 26229 and a four minute walk away from Ref. 17321, and together they sleep 8. Note: Each property has its own individual private hot tub.
Situated close to the River Avon, the picturesque market town of Pershore boasts a magnificent Norman Abbey, Georgian architecture and a good range of shops and eateries.

Our 2nd stay here and will not be our last, the Barn has everything you could need for a perfectly comfortable and relaxing stay, the homemade goodies are always welcome, the extra touches, like toiletries ,are a bonus on an already perfect place. The owners are very warm and welcoming.
