For guests interested in the history of the area, there are two fantastic National Trust properties nearby, Croome Court (8 miles), a mid eighteenth century mansion, and the Fleece Inn (9 miles), a half timbered medieval farmhouse which is now a popular local pub. The charming villages of the Cotswolds are just a short drive away and offer a quintessentially English experience. Broadway, known as The Gateway to the Cotswolds , is just 9 miles away and is well known for its old limestone buildings, traditional pubs and independent boutiques.
