Spacious comfortable property - particularly the beds - located a 10-15 minute walk to Broadway village. Off road parking. Located on main road into village but we had no problem with road noise. Well equipped but couldn’t find any instructions for any appliances, heating, Wi-Fi etc. other than for washing machine. Only issue was landing smoke alarm beeping intermittently. As wired into mains, unable to reset by battery change etc. Rang caretaker as noted on booking details but had to leave messages on ansaphone; never got a call back. Reported to cottages.com on departure. Don’t understand why a contact given if they are not going to respond. Otherwise a very good stay.

Dellswood is a truly beautiful house; the décor is perfectly in keeping with the property's era, and it is evident that a great deal of thought has gone into every detail. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, and I enjoyed a restful night's sleep throughout my week-long stay. My only minor issue was that the kettle could do with a descale.Everything needed was provided, including soft, fluffy towels, complimentary body wash and shampoo, and coffee pods. There are several family games available in the living room, along with leaflets to browse through. We felt extremely welcome from the moment we arrived. The neighbours were very friendly, which is often a concern when staying in holiday cottages.Just a couple of doors down is a petrol station with a small food shop that stocks essentials such as eggs and bread. Broadway is less than a 15-minute walk away and offers a plethora of shops. Although most are not food shops and there isn’t a supermarket in the village, one is only a short drive away. The location is perfect for exploring a wide range of activities—far too many to fit into just one week. We thoroughly enjoyed visiting Stratford-upon-Avon and the Cotswold Wildlife Park, though we didn’t manage to get to all the National Trust properties we’d hoped to see. There is simply so much to do; my children are eager to return so we can spend longer discovering everything the area has to offer. My two children declared that this is the best holiday they have ever been on, a grand compliment indeed!

Such a lovely area with easy access to all parts of the Cotswolds . Dellswood itself is a nice stay with all the facilities you needed and very nice neighbours. A busy area but also quiet for your peace of mind . Also 2 mins away from the Heritage railway which is a great way to spend your day travelling through 5 different stations heading towards Cheltenham . I also had to add a great price for the peak time of the year. I personally would return .Bill Goodman......😀
