Built with brick and timber, this detached holiday lodge is in a very pleasant Teme Valley farm location. It is a short distance away from the Worcestershire village of Clifton on Teme, and it s well worth having a day trip to Worcester to discover its contrasting mixture of buildings with historical interest and expansive selection of brand name shops, as well as having a range of pubs and restaurants to choose from. For walkers and trekkers, a trip to the region is not complete without a day out in the bewitching Malvern Hills. Keen fishermen can enjoy fishing in the lakes and along the River Teme by arrangement with the owners. On arrival at the property on a hill overlooking the farm below, you will easily find the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area has ample comfortable places to sit and relax, whilst watching something you ve missed on the TV. The kitchen is well equipped, comprising of an electric oven and hob, a washing machine, a microwave, dishwasher, and French doors open out on to a lovely veranda. Also on the ground floor is a twin bedroom, complete with an en suite shower room with WC. On the first floor, you will locate a spacious double bedroom, another twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower over bath and WC. There is a veranda with seating for the adults outside, and a spacious garden for the kids to play in with use of table tennis and pool table in the communal games room. Enjoy a summer BBQ , or treat yourself to a cream tea in The Apple Box open air cafe. Need to know: 3 bedrooms 1 double, 2 twins. 1 bathroom with shower over bath, 1 en suite shower room. Electric oven and hob, a washing machine, a microwave, dishwasher. Communal games room. Open air cafe Thursday to Sunday. Free fishing available in the adjacent lake or nearby river. Electric included. Regret no Hen or Stag parties. Bed linen and towels included. Ample parking. If you are looking to charge electric vehicles please arrange this with the owner as a charge will be applicable to pay directly. Unenclosed garden but dogs will be safe on a lead in communal areas. Dogs not allowed upstairs. Field available for dogs to run free. Less than a mile to Clifton on Teme with shop, post office and pubs.
