Located in a pleasant Teme Valley farm location, it is just a short distance to the Worcestershire village of Clifton on Teme, with lovely views along the way. Close to many popular attractions such as the Severn Valley Railway or West Midlands Safari Park, there are lots of attractions nearby to keep you busy. For walkers, a trip to the region is not compete without a day out in the bewitching Malvern Hills, and a trip to historic Worcester is highly recommended. Approached via a few steps, this is the middle of three beautiful eco friendly properties and benefits from stunning countryside views, so when you re relaxing in the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner you can still enjoy the glorious surroundings. The living space is perfect for a family of four, or spacious for a couple, and the lounge is ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring the local area, with comfortable soft furnishings and a TV. The integrated kitchen is a good size and well appointed, comprising of an electric oven and hob, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave, plus there is a dining table to seat up to four people so you can enjoy any home cooked meals together. The property has two bedrooms, one with a king size bed, the other with twin singles, both of which are light and spacious. The shower room is a contemporary space, with a shower cubicle, WC and a sun tunnel. Relax on the garden furniture and revel in the beautiful views across the valley, play pool or a game of table tennis in the communal games room, or treat yourself to a cream tea in The Apple Box open air cafe there s plenty to keep you busy on the complex if you don t want to travel far. There is ample parking available. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 double, 1 twins. 1 shower room and WC. Electric oven and hob, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Free fishing available in the adjacent lake or nearby river. Communal games room. Open air cafe Thursday to Sunday. Hot water and underfloor heating provided by solar panels. If you are looking to charge electric vehicles please arrange this with the owner as a charge will be applicable to pay directly. Ample parking. Regret no Hen or Stag parties. Dogs not allowed upstairs. Field available for dogs to run free. Clifton on Teme with shop, post office and pubs within 1 mile.
