Malvern, Worcestershire is a picturesque town on the eastern side of the spectacular Malvern Hills, and it has been inhabited since the Bronze Age. The Malvern Hills are a 9-mile long range of old sandstone with 100 miles of hiking trails, bridle pathways, and springs, as well as panoramic vistas in every direction. Among the many annual events in Malvern is the Great Malvern Food Festival, which takes place in June. Other annual events include antiques fairs, WI country markets, farmers' markets, and several auctions. Malvern is home to unique boutiques, coffee shops, art galleries, restaurants, a high-end day spa, and a microbrewery. RHS Malvern (in May), The Royal Three Counties Show (in June), and the Malvern Autumn Show (in September) are only a few of the annual events held at the nearby Three Counties Showground (September). Since Morgan Motor Company was founded there, it's no surprise that automobile nuts love this place. Theater shows from the West End and the Royal Shakespeare Company are often presented at the Malvern Theatre.
