Brook House receives glowing feedback for its spacious, well-equipped, and beautifully presented accommodation, making it ideal for family gatherings and group stays. Guests consistently praise the cleanliness, comfort, and tranquil countryside location, with easy access to scenic walks and local attractions. The property is particularly appreciated for its character, secure grounds for children and dogs, and responsive, helpful hosts. While a few minor maintenance issues and suggestions for additional kitchen equipment are noted, these do not detract from the overwhelmingly positive experience.
Cleanliness is frequently highlighted, with guests describing the house as spotlessly clean, well-presented, and exceptionally tidy. Only rare, minor mentions of ladybirds in bedrooms appear, but these are not seen as significant issues.
The location is widely praised for its peaceful countryside setting, beautiful views, and proximity to the Malvern Hills and local walks. Guests enjoy the tranquillity and access to nature, with only occasional notes about the distance to local amenities.
Guests consistently mention the comfort of the house, including spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and a warm, cosy atmosphere. The property is well-suited for large groups and families, with ample space for all.
Facilities are generally rated highly, with a well-equipped kitchen, multiple bathrooms, and secure outdoor areas. Some guests suggest improvements such as a larger fridge, extra kettle, or minor maintenance to showers and appliances, but these are outweighed by positive comments.
Many guests appreciated thoughtful touches such as welcome packs with treats and toiletries, as well as responsive and helpful communication from the host. Please note that such gifts are not guaranteed for every stay.

I stayed with a group of friends for a long weekend at Brook House and Parkers. We had a wonderful couple of days. The setting is tranquil, the houses were clean and well equipped. KIm. the caretaker was helpful beyond the call of duty, liaising with me before, during and after the stay and allowing us to be flexible with timing. There were some provisions waiting to welcome us. Plenty to do in and around Malvern

Brook House was a really good house for our family get together. Clean and comfortable. There was a few things that needed attention around the house like the showers, light bulbs, no recycling in the house. For a cottage that could sleep up to 10 it could do with a larger fridge, extra kettle etc. However these things didn’t spoil our stay and I would recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful time at Brook House. The location was perfect and on a beautiful country estate. The spacious house accommodated 9 of us with ease and comfort and was spotlessly clean. The welcome gifts were much appreciated too.It was so well equipped with everything we needed to prepare and cook food for a large family. The grounds around the house are safe and secure for dogs and the views across the back of the house were amazing, One small detail…. Please replace the frying pan which was past its sell by date and unusable. Didn’t spoil our weekend at all though 😊.
