About this property

A stunning, oak framed, detached property with panoramic views from every room across unspoilt countryside, set within its own four acres. Crossbrook Farm provides an abundance of characterful and unique features.

As featured in the Tripadvisor Top Ten Worcestershire Holiday Lets 2024, Crossbrook Farm is a stunning detached property situated off its own private drive and courtyard with a charming French square fountain.

Inside this impressive and substantial property is a unique and tasteful mix of period features and modern furnishings spread across a large and generous living space with two wood burning stoves. Every room has panoramic views over the beautiful countryside. A truly contemporary property with original wooden beams, feature windows, a traditional church stone font, a stylish glass stairway and modern furnishings. The feature master bedroom benefits from its own en-suite with double ended slipper bath. Two of the three bedrooms boast a large, oak screen with countryside views and there is a family "Jack and Jill" style shower room featuring a walk-in double shower.

Outside, an expansive, south facing rear patio exploits the 180 degree view of endless, unspoilt countryside and features two monumental iron fire pits and plenty of seating and dining areas. Set within four acres of private grounds which you are welcome to explore, stroll along the stream or wander into the orchard where you can pick apples, pears and even olives. There are plenty of walks a short distance from Crossbrook Farm, including the famous Monarch’s Way footpath that approximates Charles II’s escape route following the Battle of Worcester. Or travel further afield to explore the beautiful counties of Shropshire and Worcestershire, not to mention the Cotswolds. Also at the site are two other properties, The Well House (sleeps two guests) and The Chapel (sleeps two guests) which can be booked individually or together for the potential of sleeping ten guests.

The owners can organise a private chef for that extra special occasion; and guests can also enjoy pre-booked beauty treatments including luxurious facials and back massages using the Tropic skincare range at the on-site Wellness Suite, along with wellness sessions such as yoga and breath work (booking ahead essential). Crossbrook Farm Historic Estate can also organise a variety of day events such as retreat days for groups of up to 12 people which can include a variety of activities including yoga, breathwork, energy alignment and nutritional talks. Corporate events for businesses wishing to hold strategic away days or well-being events for staff including treatments in our wellness suite, skincare and healthcare talk and exercise classes can also be accommodated.

Located approximately one mile away is the village of Aston Fields which comes alive in the evening with fabulous Italian and Indian restaurants, an American bistro providing authentic street food and the finest craft beers and cocktails, Wine Bar, Ladybird Public House and a restaurant linked to their adjoining butchers shop serving locally sourced dishes. Aston Fields also benefits from a recently opened railway station with regular services across the Midlands and beyond.
