The farm is located at the foot of Pontesford Hill, which is a nature reserve, perfect for walking and cycling. The village of Pontesbury benefits from a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants to enjoy. The area has easy access onto the national cycle route and an array of countryside walks. For the golfer, the local club is a short drive away and in easy reach of Hawkstone Park. Visit National Trust s Attingham Park or Powis Castle. Church Stretton and Shrewsbury are also short drive offering shops, pubs and restaurants. Walk the Long Mynd, go paragliding or just enjoy the town in Church Stretton. Mediaeval Shrewsbury is located within a loop of the River Severn and renowned for its castle, timber framed buildings, theatre, eateries and events. The property is on the owner s farm though privacy is assured. Outside there are a few places to relax and enjoy the weather, with the grassed area with table and chairs and BBQ, the gravelled area at the front with seating, the patio with sun loungers under the lime tree and the lawn area by the stream.
