Snaptrip says

The Hayloft in Shropshire is a well-received cottage, praised for its beautiful location, cleanliness, and friendly owner. Guests appreciate the pet-friendly environment, scenic views, and peaceful setting. While some minor concerns about comfort and maintenance are noted, the overall sentiment is positive, with many expressing a desire to return.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Reviews consistently mention the property being clean and spotless, indicating high standards of cleanliness. One isolated mention of ants does not significantly detract from the overall positive feedback.

The location is highly praised for its beauty, tranquillity, and proximity to local amenities and walks. It is described as peaceful with stunning views, making it a highlight for many guests.

While many guests find the property comfortable and cosy, there are several mentions of an uncomfortable bed and sofa, and issues with shower temperature control. These mixed reviews suggest room for improvement in this category.

Facilities are generally well-regarded, with guests appreciating the well-equipped property. However, comments about the need for more saucepans, a loose freezer door, and outside maintenance suggest some attention to detail is required.

There is insufficient information regarding the presence of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness. Therefore, a score cannot be provided, and guests should not expect gifts as part of their stay.

The owner was brilliant, greeting us personally and introducing himself in a very friendly manner. The cottage was spotless and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. We highly recommend this place!

We would visit the Hayloft again.

So cosy, and clean, apart from there seemed to be a few ants in the shower room. We also took our dog, and this was perfect for him too, the property has a big field for dog walks, and we had a lot of fun playing catch on it. Although this property is out of the way of any amenities, it was perfect for us, a nice chilled couple of days away. I would definitely recommend and would love to come back again.
