1 Piccadilly was comfortable but parking and access was very difficult. In fact prospective guests should be pre advised that parking is difficult and larger vehicles could have a problem as access is very tight. The steps leading down to the cottage are very steep which should be defined more clearly rather than just steps to cottage. Guests with mobility issues would find it difficult to access the cottage, as did one of our party.
