Nice house. Very clean and well equiped. It was a bit chilly but I think the radiators needed bleeding upstairs, the wood burner warmed the place up though. The hot water was good and hot.It is very quiet and dark at night which made for great sleeping. We did hear the dogs barking but it was not all that loud or excessive (as remarked by a previous reviewer) I think our own dog set them off a few times!Handy being so close to the A49. The lanes are narrow(which we like!) and potholey so watch your speed.We would return if staying in this area again

Cottage was clean and comfortable in a very quiet location next to the farmhouse. We were provided with everything we needed for our stay. The owners were very friendly and hospitable. We would thoroughly recommend this cottage for a relaxing stay in the countryside and hope to return soon.
