These two properties are in the pretty village of Burwarton, at the foot of The Brown Clee Hill, and located just a minutes walk from a country pub ’The Boyne Arms’, which has been renovated and is run by the owners’ of these properties. The Boyne Arms offers fantastic meals in a most comfortable and cosy setting, the beer garden outside now includes private pods which guests can use to enjoy their drinks and food outside (see their website for opening and serving times). Included in your short break will be a return journey to either Ludlow or Bridgnorth, to enhance your stay without the need to worry about transport.
The Old School House 1 (UK32061) is a three bedroomed property of which one is en-suite and has a mezzanine balcony overlooking the open plan living space. The Old Kitchen (UK32062) is a studio apartment with the bedroom area in with the living area.
Burwarton is close to Shrewsbury, Ironbridge, Ludlow and Bridgnorth which all offer an array of attractions as well as a large range of shops and bars. For the more active guests there are many walks to enjoy such as Clee Burf and Brown Clee Hill which is the highest point in Shropshire. The town of Ludlow is also just a short drive away and highlights for the day include Mortimer Forest and Ludlow Castle. After a long day walking and exploring all that Shropshire has to offer. Shop 1 mile, pub and restaurant 10 yards.

Couldn't fault the owners Michelle and Tim, they went out of the way to help when my wife needed medical assistance, and to make our stay enjoyable. The hot tub was a bonus which we really enjoyed. The convenience of the Boyne Arms almost next door and run by the owners added to the enjoyment of the holiday, staff went out of their way to help, the food was excellent, and the customers were very friendly.

Had a really nice time at the accommodation. The place itself is really well set out and has everything you need for a few days of comfort.The hosts are fab and Michelle went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay.The pub The Boyne Arms is just around the corner which offers great food and drink options.The place is about a 15 min drive from Ludlow with other places close by drive too. The area itself is scenic and pleasant to be. Would definitely recommend and may well plan a return ourselves.Thanks for a fantastic stay.
