Ground Floor:

Bedroom 1: ¾ Double (4ft) Bed

Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet.

Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. External kitchen with electric cooker, combi microwave/oven grill and fridge. External shower room with walk-in shower and toilet. Grounds with sitting out area with garden furniture, summerhouse and firepit. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. The Hideaway is situated in 3 acres of woodland, accessible by a country lane. It is not directly accessible by car but has dedicated off-road parking spaces in the adjacent field. Guests have exclusive use of the woods and fields as far as the eye can see when staying at The Hideaway.

The living area is open plan there’s an outdoor kitchen kitted out with all you need for dining in the wild, this has been built inside a garden shed and the fire pit BBQ will enhance your outdoor living. There is an outdoor toilet (please take care to read instructions before use) and heated outdoor shower. There are no mains electric so solar panels generate the power for the lights, fridge, and sockets. A starter pile of logs is provided, as well as kindling and firelighters to get you going. The owners will do everything they can to make your stay wonderful but unfortunately, they can’t control the weather so suitable clothes and footwear will be needed to cope with wet conditions. For sleeping arrangements, the Shepherds hut provides a comfortable night’s sleep for 2 in a double bed, for a third adult or children there is a separate garden room, with a single bed or pull out for two children.

The natural woodland has brambles, nettles, rabbit holes and hills as well as falling branches when it’s windy hills so please take care. A torch may be useful to take out with you as there is lots of tree coverage and night can close in quickly! With no TV or Wi-Fi, you will have to rely on roaming internet and the entertainment and peace of nature!

A charming local pub is just a mile away, offering a cosy spot to enjoy a drink. Bridgnorth is just over 5 minutes’ drive away with lovely restaurants from fine dining to tasty takeaways something for all tastes here! The town also offers an array of shops for browsing and strolls along the banks of the River Severn exploring the Bridgnorth Castle and Gardens. Other local attractions include the local golf course, the Bridgnorth Cliff Railway, and Severn Valley Railway, taking you through some breath-taking sights in Shropshire. Within the surrounding area, you can find a superb collection of country parks and stately homes, including the National Trust owned Dudmaston Estate and Wightwick Manor and Gardens.
