The location is fantastic if you want to be free from the modern world and transported back to simpler times. The recent upgrades since our last visit was great, WiFi for those emergency situations and a general sprucing up. Beds still a bit rustic but perfectly happy with the set up

A wonderfully relaxing property. We loved the main room and the quiet location, with easy access to the surrounding area.

A good location for a family gathering - for access by car and collection from Shrewsbury rail station (beware peak hour congestion in the town). A very pleasant, peaceful spot, with plenty of garden for kids to run around in and some good local walks. Church Stretton and especially Ludlow good for provisions.
