The garden is secure and ideal for dogs, and the property is well-positioned for exploring the local area.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Reviews on cleanliness are mixed, with several guests finding the cottage immaculate and well-presented, while others noted issues with dust, dirty kitchenware, and general cleanliness. The positive experiences suggest good standards, but the negative comments indicate inconsistency.

The location is highly praised for its beauty and tranquillity, with the cottage situated in a friendly village with a river view, local shops, and pubs. It's considered ideal for exploring Herefordshire and Worcestershire, contributing to a very positive overall impression.

Most guests found the cottage comfortable, with cosy fires, comfortable beds, and a well-equipped kitchen. However, some mentioned issues with small towels, low beams, and steep stairs, which slightly affected the comfort level for a few visitors.

Facilities are generally well-regarded, especially the kitchen equipment and the presence of multiple bathrooms. Criticisms include outdated appliances, lack of freezer space, and insufficient kitchenware for the maximum number of guests, suggesting room for improvement.

Guests often mention thoughtful touches like welcome gifts of wine and biscuits, which are greatly appreciated. However, it should be noted that such gestures, while common, are not guaranteed for every stay.

The cottage was spotless, had everything we needed, and was so characterful and charming. We loved it—loved having a king-sized bed; loved having a bathroom downstairs; loved having windows we could open; loved having an open fire; everything. The location was ideal and we met so many friendly people in the village. This all contributed to our having a wonderful visit. (Plus, we love Zigi, the cottage’s owner.) :-)

I think that says it all.

Cottage kept immaculate and wanted for nothing. View straight over the River Arrow in the beautiful village of Eardisland. Two pubs in the village, food was excellent. Will definitely be returning
