Set overlooking the Herefordshire Countryside, this delightful couple of lodges offer guests a comfortable and spacious place to stay with the use of a private hot tub and private patio space. Bramley Lodge (UK38384) and Oak Tree Lodge (UK38383) are set in a lovely location, set just a half hour drive from the city of Hereford which has a wide range of shops and restaurants.
Nearby there are walks aplenty for the more active and many open gardens to explore including Hergest Croft Gardens, set on the outskirts of Kington. There is also the small breed’s animal park situated just outside Kington town, which younger visitors will be able to enjoy all year round. Kington town also provides guests with pubs and restaurants to enjoy as well as several takeaway restaurants if you are looking to enjoy a night in. The properties are also set just 14 miles from the popular town of Hay-on-Wye, which is famous for its many book shops and for its annual Hay Festival, which attracts many visitors including many celebrities faces each year. Set on the border between England and Wales, guests can get to a range of attractions in Wales just a short drive away including the Elan Valley Dams and Rhayader.
Both properties are detached and set on one level with an open plan Kitchen, dining room and living space. The kitchen included Electric cooker and hob, fridge, kettle, and microwave, while the living area has comfortable seating and a Smart TV. Both bedrooms Sleeps 2, with a Super Kingsize zip and link beds. The bathroom comes complete with a bath, shower over the bath, Toilet, sink and Heated towel rail. There is patio space to the front of the property with BBQ and garden furniture as well as a private hot tub to enjoy the views to the front which is private.

Bramley lodge is set in a lovely quiet location with uninterrupted views of the countryside. The property is spacious and well equipped, comfortable, comfortable beds and the hot tub was a bonus to use at the end of the day. Location is ideal for exploring Hereford and Ludlow and also Ironbridge which is a bit further afield. It is also a good area for walkers.The only (very minor) problem is that it is not very well signed posted when you first arrive at the property, so a sign at the end of the driveway would be helpful.If we were to stay in the area again, we would certainly choose this property.

The lodge was clean and well equipped. It had great views and the outside space was excellent with hot tub, comfortable outdoor furniture and more. We had a lovely relaxing holiday. It is well placed to visit lots of surrounding attractions. We had a busy week in Hay on Wye and it was great to return to a comfortable and relaxing space. The welcome pack was much appreciated. We would fully recommend this property and would certainly return.

We had a fantastic stay at Bramley Lodge. The lodge was equipped with everything we needed and a welcome hamper was a bonus. The area is peaceful whilst rural and we came back rejuvenated and relaxed. Our family enjoyed our time in the jacuzzi looking out onto nearby fields and hills. There are shops and a Co Op supermarket on Kington, about 7 minutes drive, and about 30 minutes from the histories Herefordshire. We loved our stay and would return in a heartbeat.
