Wet room: With shower, toilet and heated towel rail. .  LPG underfloor central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi included.  Initial logs for wood burner included.  Travel cot and highchair.  Welcome pack and doggy extras.  Shed with freezer.  Enclosed lawned garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture.  6-acre grounds (shared with owner).  2 dogs welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (sheep country).  Bike store.  Private parking for 3 cars.  No smoking.  Please note: There are unfenced ponds in the garden, 20 yards away. .  This beautiful, single-storey, detached cottage is set in the heart of Knapton village in central Herefordshire.  Formerly it was an old cart shed used for storing the carts over the winter period and is thought to be 250-300 years old.  It is set near a Roman road with an old hill fort nearby.  The Cart Shed has been thoughtfully furnished throughout with many hand-crafted items adorning the property.  The cottage has been lovingly renovated over a period of time by the current owners who are as keen on the exterior appearance as the interior, with landscaped grounds which guests are free to wander and enjoy.  The owners, who live next door, have a smallholding with a variety of animals including pigs, geese, chickens and bees, as well as the owners’ two friendly dogs that may want to greet you.  The local restaurant and . . .
