Ideal for walks and fishing in the 400 acre Westhide Estate, Pool Head Cottage is former blacksmith's forge and retains plenty of beautiful Grade II listed features. Enjoy relaxing in the fully enclosed rear garden with decked area or in the front garden which overlooks the peaceful pond. 

Inside

Ground floor: Entrance hall leading into large sitting room with wood-burning stove and French windows which open onto

front garden overlooking the pond. Downstairs WC. Open plan fully-fitted kitchen with dining area. Boot room and back door.
In the basement there is a snug room/children's play room with large sofa bed for visitors (no charge). 

Self catering facilities include a dishwasher, gas Aga, electric oven, microwave, gas hob, fridge and small freezer. A small under counter freezer can be found in the outside shed. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer at the cottage along with a TV, DVD player and CD player.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms

Open tread staircase to first floor: Master bedroom with 6' zip and link bed which can convert to two 3' beds upon request with an en suite shower room. Family bathroom with bath and separate power shower, double room with 6' zip and link bed that can convert into two 3' single beds upon request. Further double room with 5' bed. 

Outside

Large fully enclosed back garden, decked seating area and gas barbecue. Further garden in-front of the property overlooking a large pond.
