Reviews frequently highlight the property's cleanliness, with guests finding it well-presented and immaculate. There is a minor mention of bleach-stained towels, but this does not detract significantly from the overall perception of cleanliness.

The property's location is described as beautiful and peaceful, with incredible views and abundant wildlife. The remote setting contributes to the tranquil experience, although the long farm track may not be suitable for all vehicles.

Comfort is a strong point for Henhouse Farm, with numerous guests commenting on the comfortable beds and relaxing conservatory. The only comfort-related issue mentioned is the lukewarm water in the upstairs baths.

Facilities are generally well-received, with a well-equipped kitchen and a wood burner for guests' use. However, there are remarks about the lack of oven gloves, insufficiently large cooking pots for full occupancy, and the need for a broom or vacuum.

There is no mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness from the property owner or manager. Therefore, it is not possible to assess this category based on the reviews provided.

The property is up a long track, and is not suitable for some vehicles. It is well equipped, and the beds were comfortable, but the bed linen and towels had seen better days. There were also no oven gloves! The negatives are only minor, but make the difference between 4 & 5 stars.

Everyone said how comfortable the beds were. We were instantly comfortable here and had a great time. Incredible views and wildlife - rabbits, cows, calves, hares, pheasants, red kites.

We wanted a chilled relaxing break and we got it. Beautiful countryside and lots of wildlife. House was perfect with its different styled rooms. Conservatory was so relaxing and comfortable, beds were comfortable, even the never ending farm track to get to it was fun. We have stayed in many holiday lets and my dad said it was the best one yet. Will be definitely be going back. Cannot fault in any way.
