The staircase from the hall leads to two lovely first floor bedrooms, both with the added benefit of en-suite facilities with the front bedroom enjoying long-distant views. Doors from the kitchen take you to the front patio where you can enjoy alfresco dining on a summer's evening, relax with a good book and take in the beautiful countryside views. Walks can be enjoyed from the doorstep of the cottage, with The Three Rivers Ride and Herefordshire Trail both close. The market town of Leominster is a short drive away, and is ideal for enjoying a relaxing stroll and stopping for a bite to eat in one of its cafés or pubs. Why not visit the nearby village of Monkland with its artisan cheese dairy, Hereford with its Mappa Mundi world map or the pretty market town of Ludlow? Leominster is located in the heart of the beautiful border countryside, where England and Wales nudge each other along Offas Dyke. Dating back to the 7th Century, the town of Leominster possesses some fine examples of architecture such as the Priory Church, along with a wide variety of shops, cafes and pubs, and is the ideal place in which to spend a lazy afternoon strolling around in pleasant surroundings.

The kitchen had all we needed and there was plenty of hot water - important for a family of five! We will return. Thanks

One of the main reasons we selected this property was that secure bike storage was listed however, upon arrival we found this was not available and as such our cycles had to be left outside. We felt the overall appearance of the property was shabby with curtains hanging off their rails and black mould and stained walls clearly visible. The patio area was dirty and covered in birds droppings and weeds. The plastic chairs were dirty and covered in mould. One of the wooden benches was rotten and the barbecue had not been cleaned. No parasol or chair covers were available. I would strongly recommend someone from Sykes visits this property as I suspect it is some time since an inspection was undertaken.
