This is a very large semi-detached holiday home, situated in quiet countryside on the borders of Herefordshire and Worcestershire within easy reach of the Malverns, The Wye Valley and Welsh Borders. The property is a spacious and well designed barn conversion situated on a working farm within walking distance of the market town of Bromyard. The living accommodation is on the first floor, with access via a timber deck, to take advantage of the views over the unspoilt countryside. There are plenty of exposed beams, rough cast walls and a piano, giving a rustic feel. This is a lovely area for walking and relaxing. There are several recommended pubs and restaurants in Bromyard, within walking distance of the house. Ideal for golfers and there is horse riding available nearby. This property can also be booked with property W4467. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

Hop pocket is in a lovely location on a working farm. It is on three floors with 4 bedrooms on the basement level, Kitchen and Living Room on the middle floor and a further bedroom on the third floor.The lounge is a lovely space to relax in, the kitchen is fully equipped and spacious with a lovely big table.All the bathrooms do need updating as some of the taps are very loose and and the general condition of the bathrooms is not great. I would like to visit again once the bathrooms have been refurbished as it is a lovely place.The host was lovely and wish them all the best.

The whole family stayed at Hop Pocket for Mum's 70th and we had a fantastic time. It is such a beautiful property in an equally beautiful setting. The host was lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. Perfect for a quiet weekend away.

Narrow lane access makes you feel as though you are entering another world, and you are. Spacious accommodation for the family party of eleven plus one dog. Stunning views and good walks. The lounge is vast with four three seater settees.Daily Papers available from garage which is a fifteen minute walk. Hosts very amenable and friendly.
