Snaptrip says

The Coach House receives high praise for its cleanliness, peaceful location, and welcoming hosts. Guests appreciate the thoughtful touches like the lemon drizzle cake and the well-maintained hot tub. The property is described as a great base for exploring, with comfortable furnishings and a homely feel. While some minor suggestions for improvements are noted, the overall sentiment is overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing a desire to return.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Guests consistently mention the cleanliness of the cottage, describing it as 'spotless' and 'extremely clean'. The attention to detail in maintaining the property's hygiene standards is evident and highly appreciated.

The location is praised for its tranquillity and proximity to local pubs and restaurants. It serves as a great base for exploring the surrounding area, with lovely nearby walks and a peaceful village setting.

The cottage is frequently described as comfortable, particularly the beds. However, some guests mention that the sofa could be more comfortable and that the property might feel small for more than two adults.

Facilities like the hot tub are a highlight, but there are suggestions for additional amenities such as a wardrobe or drawers in the main bedroom. Some guests also noted minor maintenance issues like loose fixtures.

The hosts' thoughtfulness is evident through gestures like a freshly baked cake on arrival and prompt communication. While these gifts are warmly received, they are personal touches and may not be a standard offering for all stays.

Clean and well kept inside and outside with everything you need to hand inside. Private parking literally beside the property with a Type 2 charger. Private garden to rear with hot tub which we never used just down to the fact we were cosy inside. There's a very large garden to one side which is good for walking the dog if you don't want to venture further afield. We did venture out and found two pubs literally a 5 to 10 min walk, both great for food and beers. A nice touch was the lemon drizzle cake we found upon arrival but even better was the teapot with cosy we discovered tucked away. We never supped so much tea. I thoroughly recommend The Coach House.

Being from the area, we came to see friends and, with our baby and dog, felt our own place for a long weekend was necessary and I’m thrilled we found this cottage. We met one of the owners and he was super helpful and very pleasant. The cottage itself is superb, cosy and well equipped. We had to take both our cars for logistics and there was ample space. Very happy

. We booked The Coach House over Christmas & Boxing Day and we made some very special memories as a family. The cottage is the perfect size for cosy vibes and relaxation. It had everything you could need and the owners couldn’t do enough for us. The surrounding area is stunning, beautiful countryside, homes & cosy pubs. Everything was spotless, the hot tub was amazing and super clean and the beds very comfy! We would LOVE to return again sometime. Thank you so much! Xxx
