About this property

Honeysuckle Cottage is a delightful, semi-detached cottage tucked away in Lea Marston, Warwickshire. A historic cottage built in 1745 with rustic charm, the property has been thoughtfully designed for couples or a family of four to explore a beautiful region of England. There is off-road parking for two cars to unload your luggage with ease and get settled in; be immediately welcomed by the enclosed, front garden, perfect for picnics or dining alfresco on sunny days! Inside Honeysuckle Cottage you'll find gorgeous features throughout, including the original oak floor and exposed beams in the sitting room with cushioned seats and a Smart TV to watch as you unwind in the evenings. Start the woodburning stove in the dining room's redbrick inglenook and set the table for four, before preparing a hearty meal in the contemporary kitchen with everything you need, including a washing machine, dishwasher and coffee maker. After busy days exploring the countryside, head straight to the ground-floor bathroom to freshen up with a hot bubble bath. Climb the stairs and choose from two king-size bedrooms to rest your head, one of which has an en-suite shower room for added convenience. Nestled in the heart of Lea Marston, you'll find a local farm shop, a village pub and Lea Marston Hotel with a Spa and golf course right on your doorstep. Nature lovers can head to Kingsbury Water Park, a 600-acre park with boating and fishing lakes, bird-watching huts, walking and bike trails to spend a summer's day outside with your loved ones. Spend the day in the historic Royal Town of Sutton Coldfield to wander picturesque streets, choose from a range of traditional pubs and explore Sutton Park, a vast Nature Reserve. To entertain younger guests, fabulous days out await at Ash End House Children's Farm and Drayton Manor Theme Park, as well as Cliff Lakes water park. The larger cities of Birmingham and Coventry are within easy reach, along with Stratford-upon-Avon for literary fans to visit the birthplace of William Shakespeare. Enjoy a classic cottage setting with contemporary comforts at Honeysuckle Cottage.

Lea Marston is a small village in Warwickshire on the Tame River.
