Livingbase is home to 35 luxury serviced apartments, all with spectacular views over the city and are decorated to the highest standard. The style of accommodation ranges from studio through to double height duplex suites.. Each apartment consists of fully fitted kitchen, spacious living/dining areas, bedrooms with separate bathroom and each apartment benefits from either balcony or terrace access.

saco Birmingham is located in Brindleyplace, Birmingham s flagship mixed use development in the heart of the city s Convention Quarter. When staying at saco Birmingham you will have over 30 restaurants, bars, cafes and shops all on your doorstep in addition to the NIA (National Indoor Arena) and Sea Life Centre which is only a few minutes walk from the apartments.

A refundable deposit may be required in addition to accommodation charges. You will be contacted by saco The Serviced Apartment Company who will confirm your arrival details and who may require a security deposit prior to your arrival. This will vary depending on the size of apartment you have booked. The deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of your departure, subject to there being no damage to the apartment or disruption to other Guests. Guests must be over 25 and identification will be requested on arrival. The credit card that is used to pay for the accommodation must also be shown on arrival.

We consider a group to be three apartments or more being booked in the same city for similar dates.

When making a group booking full payment will be required at the time of booking and this is non refundable.

A security deposit of £350 per apartment will be required for each apartment booked and we are unable to guarantee that all apartments will be in the same building.

From the M5 Take Jct 3 and follow the A456 into City Centre.

From the M42 Take Jct 6 off the M42 and take A45 into City Centre and A4540 ring road.

From the M6 Take A38 into City Centre then A4540 ring road.

From the A4540 Ring Road Take the A456 Broad Street exit at Fiveways roundabout.

Turn third left into Sheepcote Street and turn right at the roundabout into Brindleyplace.
