Due to the steps up to the property, and the shower over bath, this property is not suitable for guests with mobility issues.

We’ve had a great week in your lovely apartment thank you – great food, really super clean and well stocked with a much appreciated stock of books. Very quiet and relaxing place to stay. Would recommend a walk to Cockington and a very good cream tea served at the Manor House, day out and the Moors, and walk around Torquay Harbour (with perhaps a lunch at Prezzo). Thank you for the welcome gifts – much appreciated after a long drive and a good start to the holiday!

We had an amazing time at 12 Manor House, the house is set in beautiful grounds with your own private patio area and shared pool, which we always had to ourselves, the house was spotless and has everything you need for a great stay. The wine, chocolates and toiletries were a lovely thought, we really appreciated these gifts. Everything is just a 5 minute drive away, with shops, a lovely hotel with beer garden just a 5 minute walk down the hill, I would also like to recommend The Blue Walnut Cafe which does lovely food and the girls who work there were so nice. This was our second visit to 12 Manor House and was just as good as we remembered from the last time. You have to see it for yourself.

Many thanks for allowing us our stay in your charming apartment. Our four days have been most relaxing and magnificent. Your welcome gifts were really nice and much appreciated. The weather was kind to us, so we managed to get out and about every day. Being able to return each evening to such lovely comfortable accommodation has made our holiday complete.
