Sunhill Apartments have been converted from a former hotel into a select collection of apartments in a fantastic location overlooking the beach and park in Goodrington. The Paignton holiday cottages are literally yards from the sandy beach which is accessed via a gate at the bottom of the property. Also overlooked by Sunhill are the attractions in Goodrington Park (including go-karts, boating lake), a Brewsters pub on the waterfront, Quaywest Waterpark and the Paignton & Dartmouth Steam Railway.

We have had a lovely family weekend in Devon. We have enjoyed every single minute of it and all the places we have visited (Paington, Torquay, Brixham, Kingswear, Dartmouth, various beaches, the steam train, etc..). The weather turned out to be great, nice and warm. The Riviera is so beautiful that it was just impossible to stay in the one place. South Devon has so much to offer, it's incredible. The apartment was superb, perfectly located, bigger than expected, open plan, very clean, spacious terrace dominating Goodrington, comfortable beds, children's park, attractions, train station, etc.“We have had a lovely family weekend in Devon.
