Lazy Days is a very well equipped Townhouse located in Paignton in South Devon. Paignton is a great town and known for the famous Paignton Pier. It's a town offering a real mix of restaurants, cafes, sports bars, bakeries and you can do some souvenir shopping for those family members who love to collect fridge magnets and so much more. Along the seafront you'll find the beach, the pier with bright arcade games and throughout the year you can enjoy Torbay Air Show, bmad Festival and the Fairground. Paignton is part of The English Riviera, Brixham and Torquay are two other towns that make up The English Riviera and are within a short drive to Paignton or catch a bus, train or boat to the towns and arrive in style. 

Lazy Days is a large Townhouse which can sleep up to 13 people in 7 bedrooms. Lazy Days offers guests a sense of escapism from the centre of the town however, in less than a 5 minute walk you can be in the thick of it all.

Rooms: Ground Floor: Hallway, Living/Dining Room with Woodburner, Kitchen/Dining Room, Wash Pot Area, Utility Room, Office, Snug with Shower room leading to the enclosed patio. First Floor: The Galley Kitchenette, Bedroom 1 with Ensuite, Bedroom 2 with ensuite, Bedroom 3 with ensuite. Second Floor: Bedroom 4 with ensuite, Bedroom 5 with ensuite (single occupancy level), Bedroom 6, Family Bathroom and Bedroom 7 with ensuite. 

Kitchen & Utilities: Gas Hob, Electric Oven, Electric Grill, Slow Cooker, Nespresso machine (Guests to provide their own pods),  2 Dishwashers, 2 Washing Machines, 1 Tumble Dryer, Large Fridge, Larder Freezer.

Parking: 2 Parking Spaces on Lazy Days Driveway. This can fit 2 4x4's. 

General: Wifi Provided. Heating and Electricity included in rent. Bed linen and Towels provided. No Smoking. Strong Mobile Phone signal. 

Pets: 2 pets are welcome, £25 per pet per week. Don't leave pets unattended in the property.
