From this fantastic central location it will take you just a minute to walk to the harbour, with its shops, cafés and restaurants. Early risers will be able to watch the trawlers land in the mornings.
Brixham, together with Paignton and Torquay, make up Torbay. Torbay offers a combined 22 miles of coastline to explore. If you can tear yourself away from the stunning natural beauty the area offers, there are an array of attractions to fill your days including Paignton Zoo, Babbacombe Model Village, Quaywest Waterpark and several National Trust properties.
Access to the property is via narrow, winding, steep, stone steps and are not suitable for people with walking difficulties or unsupervised children.
Due to the access up steep steps, this property may not be suitable for small children or those with limited mobility

...the front you could sit and stare at for hours. Ideal location for exploring and did coastal walks in both directions which were amazing (and especially lucky to have sun and warmth late October - was in a t-shirt 90% of the time). Submitted by David on 07/12/2016

...info in regards to the location received from blue chip were spot on & we found it no problem. The only downside was the unloading/loading of the car, we parked in the Central car park which is about 5mins walk & had to make a few trips. The property is accessed by a set of steep narrow stone steps & it's a good job we had rucksacks & not a case as we would have struggled. The property is in an excellent location & the lounge looks directly into the harbour great views. It's a good place & suited our needs, I think it's becoming in need of a little tlc but otherwise ok. Plenty of space for the 2 of us & the dog loved people watching out the lounge window.
