Overlooking the expansive sandy beach, Southwold Townhouse is a six-bedroom delight which oozes class and prestige!

A quaint townhouse from the outside, the moment you enter this enchanting property you won’t want to leave! Every inch embodies the style and splendour of this seaside town, with muted tones of grey, blue and white reflecting the vast scenes from every window! The heart of the home is the charming open-plan sitting room, connected to the snug, kitchen and dining room, which allows conversation and laughter to flow freely between guests and spaces. Indeed, the kitchen is certainly designed for entertaining, with a huge cooker, a large central island for plenty of chefs and all the facilities you could need to rustle up a feast! The design is indulgently luxurious, including an enormous dining area both inside and out, as well as two distinctly different living rooms, not to mention your very own retro jukebox!

The six bedrooms are equally memorable and totally unique, with delicate décor and a sumptuously stylish design in every single one! There are three super king bedrooms on the first floor, two with ensuite shower rooms with designer features and fittings. There’s a further two king-size bedrooms and a spectacular bunk room with four full-size cabin style beds that the kids will adore (complete with an ensuite bathroom!) on the second floor. The full family bathroom on the ground floor enjoys a roll top bath, large shower and eye-catching Cole & Son wallpaper, while there is also a family shower room on the second floor.  All five sumptuous bathrooms are supplied with L’Occitane toiletries! You can actually spot the iconic Southwold lighthouse from your bedroom, one of the best sights in the town!

Your garden is the only place to be on a sunny day! With a huge alfresco dining area for 14, you’d be mad not to make the most of the private environment with an unforgettable occasion with all the group!

Southwold Townhouse was a truly wonderful way to experience the English seaside in Southwold. We had a group of 11 family members ranging from young children to a grandparent, and everyone found comfort and joy in the house and its surroundings. The back patio is a beautiful spot for dinner and conversation (with a close-up view of Southwold's lighthouse), and we spent many hours there talking and laughing. The beach is just steps from the front door (with breathtaking ocean views from the bedrooms on the front side of the house) where we all played on the sand and in the surf. It's a short walk to the pier, the village shops and restaurants and, of course, the Lord Nelson pub. The stairs to the upper floors are steep, which wasn't an issue for us, and the house is beautifully decorated, which was great for us with the youngest traveler being 8 years old but possibly stress-inducing for families with toddlers (though they had great accommodations such as high chairs and a lovely room with bunk beds). We had a fabulous stay and would recommend Southwold Townhouse to anyone traveling with a large group.
