Absolutely perfect. Beds are very comfortable & there is plenty of open plan space for a large group. Very well equipped for 8 people. Situated in a very quiet area near the Pier with a 5 minute walk into the High Street. Will definitely book again

The sitting area overlooking the garden, sea and pier was stylish and comfortable. It was a short distance into Southwold with all the amenities. The bedrooms were all beautifully presented and also comfortable. The kitchen had everything and more than we needed and the dining area was tucked away overlooking the rear garden. I have two suggestions for the owner, firstly an extra comfy chair in the lounge area would be handy especially if 8 guests were staying and secondly some low level fencing where there are gaps in the foliage hedge. I felt the photographs represented the property. We had an issue as the hot water ran out, someone came around to assist us within 10 minutes and sorted the problem , which we really appreciated.

Loved every minute, we had 2 minature dogs and a cocker, after reading the instructions, we understood, the dogs loved the garden, the lounge window was a view to the world, luxurious accommodation for my family to celebrate my 50th, we have stayed in a lot of big houses for 8, but this was the best, a real wow when we arrived
