A beautifully restored spacious family home. Rokeby Lodge has a lovely open living area, four bedrooms and delightful private courtyard garden. The interior is coastal style, reflecting its location with views of the lighthouse and sea. A delightful seaside escape for eight guests.

Southwold is a traditional coastal town famous for its pier, lighthouse, pastel coloured beach huts and fabulously fresh seafood! The town has some excellent independent shops, cafes and restaurants, be sure to call in for a pint of the acclaimed Adnams beer in one of the popular pubs.

AccommodationGround floor:Entrance: access to courtyard, hanging space.Living area: dining table, eight chairs, sideboard, bookcase. Three seater and two seater sofas armchairs, coffee tables. Kitchen: galley style with electric cooker, hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher.Utility Room: microwave, washing machine, separate dryer, small fridge with freezer.

First floor:Master Bedroom: king sized bed, bedside tables, lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV.Bedroom 2: 4' 6" double bed. single bed, built in wardrobes, bedside tables, lamps, hand basin. decorative fireplace.Half landing: separate WC with hand basin.Family bathroom: bath with shower over. WC, hand basin, heated towel rail.

Second floor:Bedroom 3: 5' king size bed, bedside tables, lamps, built in wardrobe.Ensuite shower room: WC and hand basin. Bedroom 4: single bedded room with storage, views of the Lighthouse and sea.

Entertainment: TV with freeview. CD player/radio.For Families:Outside: private courtyard garden with table and chairs. Outside loo in brick outbuilding.Parking: available on the street close to the house.General: WiFi. Bed linen, towels and all energy costs are included. The cottage is centrally heated with two additional wood-burning stoves. A small basket of logs will be provided for guests arriving November-March. No smokingPets: one small well behaved dog is welcome but must be kept on the ground floor. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee. Dogs should not be left unattended in the property.Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.Notes: stairs are steep and not carpeted.
