An unforgettable, awe-inspiring barn conversion set in beautiful countryside only 8 miles from Southwold, one of the most popular seaside towns in the Suffolk Coast & Heaths AONB. All set up to host a large family or groups of friends celebrating a special occasion, this dog-friendly barn features spacious living areas, bedrooms spread across two floors and a large terrace with mature gardens beyond.

This stylish two-storey barn has plenty of room for guests of all ages, with each room boasting a character all of its own thanks to contemporary and rustic furnishings and colour palettes. A spacious hallway leads towards a vast lounge/kitchen/diner replete with two floor-to-ceiling windows, myriad seating and tiled flooring throughout - the ultimate social space throughout the day, whatever the occasion. A separate sitting with a wood burner and garden access stands nearby, along with a utility room, shower room and a study. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor, all with ample storage: an en-suite king-size bedroom; a twin bedroom that can be converted to a super-king upon request; and a bunk bedroom ideal for youngsters. A further two bedrooms, both en-suite super-king-size bedrooms with ample storage space and wooden flooring, are found upstairs. The garden and surrounding fields are a haven for wildlife. The terrace area is ideal for summer BBQs and stands opposite a large ornamental pond; the mature gardens are made for dog-friendly children’s games and there is also a full pétanque and boules court on the grounds.

The area surrounding the barn is strewn with walking and cycle routes along quiet country lanes and through fields and woodlands. The gently undulating landscape between the barn and coast features numerous chocolate box villages, many of which lead the way to Southwold (8 miles) a colourful seaside town with family- and dog-friendly shops, cafes and pubs around its beach and harbour area.
